We hope you fall in love with your purchase from us but do know that shopping online can be tricky, especially with sizing and growing kids. Sometimes things might not fit, or items not be quite what you were expecting. Therefore we are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange if needed within 30 days of receipt.
All sale items must be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
To complete your return or exchange we require your name and original order number. Please include them in any correspondence with any returned items along with your reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange. Please return via the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service to:-

Don't forget to put the certificate of posting in a safe place in case your parcel goes missing in the post.
All goods must be returned to us unworn, unused and undamaged in the original packaging with original labels.
If you require a refund, we will credit the purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item(s).
We can only exchange an item subject to availability. If you wish to make an exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your required item and size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Returns received after 30 days are accepted at our discretion, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us first.
If an item you have received is damaged or defective please inform us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement to be sent where possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to request that faulty items are returned to us before we issue an exchange or a refund. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
If you have received an item from Olive Loves Alfie as a gift you can return it in exchange for another item. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional delivery, taxes and import duties.

In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged or faulty, please keep the original packaging to enable us to assess the cause of the damage. We will offer you a full refund or exchange depending on stock levels.
Products that are ordered from a supplier at the specific request of a customer are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.
